Create and complete a job
Create or select a customer and location, start a job from a template, add checklist results, work notes, materials, labor, and before/during/after photos, then choose a signed, declined, or unavailable customer-confirmation state.
Reports, amendments, and sharing
The app generates PDFs on your device. A completed report is frozen rather than silently edited; corrections are recorded as amendments. PDFs, original photos, and complete backups leave the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share or file interface.
OCR, barcodes, reminders, and app lock
Nameplate text recognition and barcode or QR scanning run on the device, and recognized values must be reviewed before they are saved. Optional reminders use local notifications. Optional app lock uses Face ID or the device passcode; the app does not receive biometric data.
Pro purchases and restoration
If a Pro product is offered for your App Store region, its name and localized price come from Apple. Use Restore Purchases in Settings with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Existing reports remain viewable and exportable if products cannot load or entitlement status changes. Apple processes payments and refund requests.
