WorkProof Local Terms of Use

Service scope
WorkProof Local is a local recordkeeping tool for customers, locations, jobs, checklists, work notes, materials, labor, photos, customer confirmation, frozen reports, amendments, reminders, and backup export and restore.
Your responsibility and authorization
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for obtaining any permission required to record customer details, locations, equipment, photos, names, and signatures. Confirm who is authorized to sign, protect device access, and review every report and recipient before sharing.
Records are not certification or legal advice
A signature, confirmation state, timestamp, photo, checklist answer, report number, or PDF records what the user entered. The app does not verify identity, location, workmanship, completion, safety, regulatory compliance, responsibility, or legal enforceability, and it does not replace professional judgment, contracts, required inspections, or legal advice.
Local data, backups, and availability
The current core workflow does not provide developer-operated cloud backup or team synchronization. Device loss or failure, storage limits, app removal, operating-system behavior, permissions, and third-party destinations may affect availability. Export and protect independent backups for records you must retain, and review a backup before replacing local data during restore.
Purchases
If paid features are offered, the App Store purchase page provides the product type, scope, and localized price. Apple processes purchases, restoration, and refunds. Access is granted only from verified App Store entitlement information, and existing reports are not locked solely because entitlement status later changes.
Lawful use and contact
Use the app only for lawful work and content you are authorized to handle. Do not use it to fabricate evidence or misrepresent a customer's confirmation. For support, privacy, or terms questions, contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com.
