Custom Order Proof Guard Terms of Use

Service scope
Custom Order Proof Guard is a local business-record tool for organizing custom-order details, checking production requirements, recording customer confirmation, freezing versions, creating revisions, and generating confirmation PDFs.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering and reviewing accurate order details, obtaining any permission needed to record customer information and signatures, deciding who is authorized to confirm an order, protecting access to the device, keeping required records, and checking every PDF and recipient before sharing.
Records are not legal advice or a guarantee
Names, signatures, timestamps, content digests, frozen versions, and PDFs are business records only. The app does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a record will be legally valid, enforceable, accepted by a court, or sufficient for a particular transaction.
Production and data availability
The app does not manufacture, inspect, or guarantee any product. Device failure, storage limits, removal of the app, iOS behavior, and third-party share destinations can affect data availability. Keep an appropriate independent backup of records you must retain.
Fees and contact
