Custom Order Proof Guard Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Order numbers, customer names and contact details, product and due-date information, notes, proof text, dimensions, materials, colors, quantities, prices, selected source images, confirmer names, confirmation times, signatures, and version records are stored in the app container on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not automatically upload this content to Huafu Apps.
Photos and on-device text recognition
The iOS photo picker gives the app access only to an image you select for a proof. Apple Vision recognizes text on the device. The selected image and recognized text are not sent to Huafu Apps, an advertising service, an analytics provider, or an AI-training service.
PDF creation and sharing
Confirmation PDFs are created locally. Content leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Apple and the app, contact, or storage provider you select handle that copy under their own privacy terms.
No advertising, analytics, or sale
The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDK. Huafu Apps does not sell or share customer details, order content, source images, signatures, or confirmation records.
Retention, deletion, and support
On-device data remains until you remove the app. Keep an independent copy of any record you must retain before removal. Copies shared with other people, apps, or storage services must be deleted from those destinations separately. Support emails are used only to respond to your request; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same address if you want support-email content deleted.
Children and policy changes
The app is a general business utility and is not directed to children. If its data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change applies.
