How do I create and check an order?

Create an order with its number, customer, product, due date, and notes. In the proof version, enter the final text and production details. The app marks missing required fields and highlights details that should be reviewed before confirmation, but it never silently changes customer wording.

Does text recognition upload the image?

No. After you choose an image through the iOS photo picker, Apple Vision recognizes Chinese or English text on your device. Compare the result with the source image and confirm that you reviewed it. The selected image and recognized text are not sent to Huafu Apps.

How do confirmation, revisions, and PDFs work?

Ask the customer or an authorized confirmer to review each item, enter their name, and sign on the device. A confirmed version is frozen. Later changes create a new revision without changing the earlier confirmed record. A confirmed version can generate a local PDF for sharing through the iOS share sheet.

Purchases and subscriptions

The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature.

How do I report an issue?

Email appsupport.hf@gmail.com with your device model, iOS and app versions, the steps that reproduce the issue, and screenshots when useful. Do not send customer names, contact details, signatures, order artwork, confidential order content, passwords, or payment information.
