CountProof Terms of Use

Service scope
CountProof is a local inventory-counting and variance-review tool. It imports a source baseline, preserves count rounds and audit events, records final variance resolutions, and creates local reports and backups.
Not an inventory or accounting system
CountProof does not replace an ERP, WMS, POS, purchasing, sales, or accounting system and does not automatically adjust source inventory. Its records and reports are operational aids, not an assurance, audit opinion, valuation, tax record, or legal certification.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for having authority to import and process inventory and operator information; checking mappings, quantities, barcodes, locations, variance reasons, and final reports; protecting device access; and deciding whether and how results are entered into another system.
Data and availability
Device loss, storage limits, file format problems, removal of the app, iOS behavior, permissions, or third-party share destinations can affect availability. Keep an independent copy of any inventory baseline, report, or backup you are required to retain. A successful import or count does not prove that the source data or physical count is complete or correct.
Fees and contact
The current version has no configured in-app purchase, subscription, or purchase-restoration feature. Any future paid feature will be disclosed through the App Store and these terms before it applies. For support, privacy, or terms questions, email appsupport.hf@gmail.com.
