Import an inventory baseline, complete blind first counts and independent recounts offline, review every variance, and export a traceable result without changing the source inventory system.
Start and freeze a baseline
Create a count session, enter its location and operator, then choose a CSV file or paste CSV text. Review the parsed rows before freezing the baseline. Once frozen, the baseline cannot be edited within that session.
Count and review variances
Enter a barcode or SKU and quantity during the blind first count. Unknown codes are retained instead of discarded. Freeze the first round, recount variance items independently, then record a final quantity and reason for each unresolved difference.
Reports, backups, and sharing
A completed session can create CSV and PDF results and a CountProof backup file locally. The report preserves the baseline, first count, recount, final quantity, reasons, and audit events. Review confidential inventory and operator details before sharing through the iOS share sheet.
Purchases and refunds
The current version has no configured in-app purchase, subscription, or purchase-restoration feature and does not display a guessed price.
