CountProof Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Count session names and numbers, warehouses and location paths, operator names, imported inventory fields, SKUs, barcodes, item names, expected and counted quantities, unknown codes, variance reasons, timestamps, and audit events are stored in the app container on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not automatically upload this data to Huafu Apps.
Imported files and local processing
CSV content selected through the system file picker or pasted into the app is parsed on the device. Count comparison, variance review, report creation, and backup creation are also performed locally. CountProof does not write confirmed results back to your source inventory system.
Camera and biometric access
The app declares camera access for inventory-code scanning, but access should be requested only when you choose a camera scanning function. If you enable the optional app lock, iOS performs Face ID or Touch ID authentication; CountProof receives only the authentication result and does not receive or store biometric data.
Exports and sharing
CSV and PDF reports and CountProof backup files are created locally. Content leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Apple and the person, app, or storage provider you select handle that copy under their own privacy practices.
No advertising, analytics, or sale
The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDK and no developer-operated inventory server. Huafu Apps does not sell inventory records, barcodes, locations, operator details, count events, or reports and does not use them for AI training.
Retention, deletion, support, and changes
Local records remain in the app container until they are removed through available app controls or the app is uninstalled. Copies shared elsewhere must be deleted from those destinations separately. Support emails are used only to respond to your request; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same address to request deletion of support-email content. CountProof is a business utility and is not directed to children. This policy and App Store privacy information will be updated before a material data-practice change applies.
