Consignment Ledger Terms of Use

Service
Consignment Ledger provides local tools for recording consignors, inventory, sales, split snapshots, reversals, refunds, settlements, reports, and exports.
No accounting, tax, legal, or payment service
The app organizes the information you enter. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, insurance, banking, payment-processing, or escrow advice or services. Review obligations and records with qualified professionals when needed.
Your responsibility
Enter and use only information and images you are authorized to handle. You are responsible for data accuracy, agreed split ratios, prices, refunds, payouts, exports, recipients, legal compliance, and keeping independent backups of important records.
Device and system services
Availability can depend on device storage, permissions, camera condition, iOS, printed label quality, and third-party share destinations. Huafu Apps cannot guarantee recovery of data deleted from the device or from destinations you control.
Fees
The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature. If paid features are introduced, the App Store listing and these terms will be updated before they apply.
