Consignment Ledger Support
Manage consignors, consigned inventory, sale splits, reversals, and settlements locally on your iPhone.
Add a consignor and item
Create a consignor with a default share, then add an item with its code, price, minimum price, share, optional photo, and expiry date. You can duplicate similar items to reduce repeated entry.
Record a sale and split
Scan a label or search for an available item, enter the actual sale price, and confirm the sale. The app freezes the item and split snapshot so later changes to defaults do not rewrite that sale.
Reverse, refund, and settle
A reversal, refund, or post-settlement correction keeps the original history and adds a reversing or adjustment entry. Settlements bind included sales so the same sale cannot be settled twice.
Back up and export
Settings can export inventory, sales, and ledger CSV files or a complete JSON backup. Exported files may contain names, contact details, and transaction amounts, so save and share them only with trusted destinations.
Purchases and refunds
The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature.
