Consignment Ledger Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Consignor names and contact details, item records and photos, sale and split snapshots, settlements, ledger entries, store settings, and imported data are stored in the app container on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not automatically upload this content to Huafu Apps.
Camera, Photos, and device authentication
Camera access is used to scan item labels. Photos access is used only for images you select for item and condition records. If you enable the app lock, iOS performs Face ID or device-passcode authentication; the app does not receive or store biometric data.
Imports, exports, and third-party destinations
CSV imports, CSV exports, PDF documents, and JSON backups are processed locally. Data leaves the app only when you choose a destination through iOS system services. Apple and the file, storage, printing, or sharing provider you select handle that copy under their own privacy terms.
No advertising or analytics
The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDK, and Huafu Apps does not sell consignor details, item photos, transaction amounts, or ledger data.
Retention, deletion, and support
On-device records remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Exported copies remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted there separately. Support emails are used only to respond to your request; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com for privacy questions.
Children and changes
The app is a business record-keeping utility and is not directed to children. If its data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change applies.
