WindowGuard Terms of Use
Effective August 6, 2026. Using WindowGuard means you agree to these terms.
Service and limits
WindowGuard helps record measurements, apply user-configured supplier rules, prepare quotes, and check order information. Calculations, warnings, PDFs, and CSV files are working aids, not a guarantee of fit, price, regulatory compliance, supplier acceptance, or installation outcome. The app does not place orders automatically.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for taking and verifying final measurements, confirming current supplier specifications and prices, reviewing every warning and override, obtaining appropriate customer authorization, and checking all exported documents before quoting, ordering, fabrication, or installation.
Customer data and backups
Use the app only for information and images you are authorized to process. Protect customer details, site photos, signatures, exported documents, and backups; obtain any consent required by applicable law and delete information when it is no longer needed.
Pro purchase
If offered, Permanent Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase. The App Store displays the localized price and Apple manages payment, restoration, and refund requests. Pro access is unlocked only after StoreKit verifies the entitlement.
Availability and contact
