WindowGuard Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Customer and supplier contact details, project addresses, measurements, product rules, quotes, photos, annotations, signatures, company details, and export history are stored locally by default. WindowGuard does not require an account and does not automatically upload this data to Huafu Apps.
System access you choose
The app uses Apple's contact picker only when you choose a contact, the photo picker only when you select a project image, and the Files or share interface only when you import, export, back up, or share. The provider or recipient you choose handles that content under its own privacy policy.
Purchases and third parties
If Pro is offered, Apple processes the App Store transaction and payment information; WindowGuard reads verified StoreKit entitlements to unlock access. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK and has no developer-operated cloud, AI processing, or tracking service. Your content is not used for AI training.
Retention, deletion, and support
Local records remain until you delete them, replace them through restore, or remove the app. Exported PDFs, CSV files, and JSON backups remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted there separately. Support email is used to answer your request; you may ask us from the same email address to delete a support message.
