Vending Route Terms of Use

Service
Vending Route records vending-machine data, route visits, inventory, restocking, cash and cashless sales, incidents, variances, and audit history, and creates CSV or PDF files.
Recordkeeping, not an audit conclusion
The app does not provide accounting, auditing, payment processing, professional diagnosis, or assignment of responsibility. Calculations and reports reflect the data you enter and must not be the sole basis for conclusions about shortages, faults, staff responsibility, or legal matters.
Your responsibility
Use only information and photos you are authorized to process, review quantities, prices, collections, variances, exports, and recipients, and keep independent backups of important records.
Availability and fees
Features may depend on device storage, permissions, camera state, label quality, iOS, and sharing destinations. The current version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
