Vending Route Privacy Policy

Local business data
Locations, contacts, machines, products, slots, routes, inventory, restocking, cash, cashless sales, incidents, variances, and audit records stay in the app container on your device. The current version has no account, developer-operated server, or automatic upload.
Camera, photos, and device authentication
Camera is used only for scans you start. The photo picker reads only incident photos you select. Face ID or device-passcode checks are performed by iOS; the app does not receive biometric data.
Exports and third parties
CSV and PDF files are generated on-device. Content leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the system share sheet, whose provider applies its own privacy policy.
No ads, analytics, sale, or AI training
The current version has no advertising or analytics SDK. Huafu Apps does not sell or automatically share business records, photos, cash data, or contacts, and does not use them for AI training.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Delete shared copies from their destination. Contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com about privacy or support-email deletion requests.
