Vehicle Handover Terms of Use
Effective August 6, 2026.
Purpose and limits
Vehicle Handover organizes information entered by the user and generates a PDF record. It does not inspect mechanical condition, determine fault, certify accuracy, provide legal advice, or guarantee that a report will have a particular legal effect.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of every record and for obtaining any permission needed to photograph a vehicle, plate, person, document, or private property. Do not use the app to record or share content unlawfully.
Completion and amendments
Completing a report locks the in-app original. Later corrections create a linked amendment. A PDF digest can help identify a generated file, but it is not a promise that the record is tamper-proof or legally authenticated.
Storage and sharing
Keep your own backups of important reports. Device loss, removal of the app, low storage, permission changes, or system sharing destinations can affect availability. Review recipients and report contents before sharing sensitive information.
Fees and system services
The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Camera, photo selection, local storage, PDF generation, and sharing depend on compatible Apple devices and system services.
