Vehicle Handover Privacy Policy
Effective August 6, 2026.
Data you create
Vehicle identifiers, plate and vehicle details, party names, manually entered location, mileage and energy readings, accessories, damage notes, acknowledgments, photos, and generated reports are stored locally in the app's container. The app does not request continuous or precise location access.
No account, tracking, or automatic upload
The current version requires no account and includes no advertising, analytics, tracking SDK, developer-operated cloud service, or automatic upload. Huafu Apps does not receive your handover records or photos through the app.
Camera, photos, and sharing
Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a vehicle. Photo import uses the iOS system photo picker. When you share a PDF, the destination you choose processes that copy under its own privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on the device until the app is removed; the current version does not automatically clean up completed reports. Removing the app deletes its local container, but exported PDFs or shared copies must be deleted from their destination separately.
Support email
If you contact support, we use your email and the information you send only to respond and maintain necessary support records. You may ask us to delete a support message by writing from the same address.
Children and contact
Vehicle Handover is a workplace and vehicle-record utility not directed to children. The app has no developer-operated online collection service. For privacy questions, email appsupport.hf@gmail.com.
