Manage local inventory, explain date conflicts, prepare quotes, and keep a traceable history through checkout and partial or complete returns.
Create a quote and reserve inventory
Add inventory and a customer, create a quote with a rental window, and review any explained conflict before converting the quote to a reservation. Confirmed reservations and later stages reserve inventory; draft quotes do so only when you enable that setting.
Checkout and returns
The current version checks items through manual QR-code or SKU entry. It records checkout, partial returns, condition, confirmed fee adjustments, and cancellation as event history. Selected status photos are not retained as image attachments in this version; only their count is added to the event record.
PDF and local data
You can generate a quote PDF and choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Inventory, customer details, orders, settings, and event history are stored locally. Back up exported files you need before deleting the app.
Purchases and refunds
The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature.
