Rental Assistant Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Inventory details, customer names and optional contact details, rental windows, quotes, orders, deposits and fee records, condition status, settings, and event history are stored in the app's local database. The current version has no account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics SDK, or developer-operated upload service.
Photos, sharing, and PDFs
The system photo picker is used only for photos you select during checkout or return. This version records the number selected in event history and does not retain the image contents as app attachments. Quote PDFs are created on your device; a destination you choose in the iOS share sheet handles the exported file under its own privacy policy.
Camera and biometrics
The app declares camera access for equipment-code scanning, but the current version uses manual code or SKU entry and does not yet provide live camera scanning. If you enable the biometric setting, iOS performs the Face ID or Touch ID check; Huafu Apps does not receive or store your biometric data.
Deletion and support
Delete individual records in the app where that action is available, or remove the app to delete its local database. The app does not currently provide an automatic cloud backup. Support emails are used only to respond to your request and are retained only as long as needed to reply and address the related issue.
