Run cleaning jobs offline, record checklist results and site issues, complete review, and create a report that excludes access codes and contact details.
Complete a job offline
Open Today, select a job, and choose Start Site Job. Ordinary items can be completed as a group, while critical items must be confirmed individually. Progress is saved on the device.
Record an issue
In a room checklist, choose Record Site Issue or Existing Damage, add a note, and optionally select up to ten photos from the system photo picker. The record stays attached to that job on the device.
Review and share a report
After every checklist item is recorded, enter the employee name and submit for review. A supervisor can return the job for rework or approve it. The generated PDF excludes door and access codes and contact details, but includes the site name, address, and entered names; review it before sharing.
Purchases and refunds
The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature.
