HUA FU APPS · Privacy Policy

JieCheng Privacy Policy

Effective August 6, 2026.

Data stored on the device

Site names, addresses, contact details, notes, jobs, checklist results, issue photos, employee and optional customer names, and review status are stored locally on your device. This version does not require an account and has no advertising, analytics SDK, developer-operated server, or automatic cloud upload.

Access codes and sensitive information

Door and access codes are stored separately in the iOS Keychain and are hidden by default in the app. Generated reports exclude access codes and contact details. Reports still include the site name, address, and names entered during sign-off, so review each report before sharing.

Photos, sharing, and AI training

The system photo picker gives the app access only to photos you select for an issue. Huafu Apps does not sell or automatically share this data and does not use site photos or business records for AI training. Exporting a PDF through the system share sheet is your choice; the destination you select handles that copy under its own privacy practices.

Location, speech, and notifications

The current version does not continuously track location, send data to a speech service, or depend on server push notifications. If a future feature begins using these services, the app will request permission when needed and this policy will be updated before that behavior applies.

Retention, deletion, and support

Local business records and photos remain until you uninstall the app; access-code content remains until you clear it in the corresponding site record. This version has no account or Huafu Apps cloud copy. Copies shared to other apps or services must be deleted from those destinations. Support email is kept only as long as needed to respond and address the related issue; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same address to request deletion of the email content.
