Equipment Work Order Support
Keep equipment records, preventive maintenance plans, field work orders, parts usage, and reports together on your device, including when you are offline.
Create equipment and open it by code
Add an equipment record with a unique internal code. Open the equipment list and scan its QR or Code 128 label with the camera, or enter the code manually, to find the matching local record.
Complete a work order
Start the work order, complete each required step, add notes, readings, selected photos, parts, labor time, and a completion signature as needed. Required steps and abnormal results without an explanation prevent completion.
Reports and backups
Completed work orders can create a local PDF report. More → Export JSON Backup creates a local backup file. Review these files before choosing a destination in the iOS share sheet because they may contain equipment locations, work-order details, abnormal notes, costs, and signer names.
Purchases and refunds
The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature.
