Equipment Work Order Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Equipment details, locations, maintenance plans, work orders, readings, notes, parts usage, costs, selected photos, and completion signatures are stored in the app container on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not automatically upload this content to Huafu Apps.
Camera and Photos
Camera access is used only when you open the equipment-code scanner. The system photo picker is used only for images you select for a work order. Camera frames and selected photos are not sent to Huafu Apps.
Reports, backups, and sharing
PDF reports and JSON backups are created locally. Content leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Apple and the app, contact, or storage provider you select handle that copy under their own privacy terms.
No advertising, analytics, or sale
The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDK, and Huafu Apps does not sell or share equipment records, maintenance history, photos, signatures, or fault information.
Retention, deletion, and support
On-device data remains until you delete it where the app provides that action or remove the app. Keep an independent backup before deleting the app. Support emails are used only to respond to your request; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same email address if you want a support message deleted.
Children and changes
The app is a general business utility and is not directed to children. If its data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change applies.
