Delivery Proof Terms of Use

Service scope
Delivery Proof is a local record-keeping tool for creating delivery tasks, checking loaded quantities, recording delivery outcomes, recipient details, photos and signatures, and generating PDF proofs.
Your responsibility and consent
You are responsible for entering accurate information, obtaining any permission required to record customer details, locations, photos, recipient names, and signatures, deciding who may sign, protecting access to the device, and reviewing every proof and recipient before sharing.
Records are not legal advice or certification
A proof number, signature, timestamp, photo, completed status, or PDF is a user-entered business record only. The app does not verify identity, location, ownership, delivery facts, legal validity, responsibility, or acceptance by a customer, insurer, court, or other third party.
Local data and availability
The current version has no cloud backup or team synchronization. Device failure, storage limits, removal of the app, iOS behavior, Apple Maps, photo access, and third-party share destinations can affect availability. Keep an appropriate independent backup of records you must retain.
Safe and lawful use
Use the app only while safely parked and only for lawful deliveries. Do not enter or share information you are not authorized to handle, and do not rely on the app as a substitute for contracts, legal advice, workplace procedures, insurance requirements, or road-safety rules.
Fees and contact
The current version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or purchase-restoration feature. If this changes, the App Store listing and these terms will be updated before paid features apply. For support, privacy, or terms questions, email appsupport.hf@gmail.com.
