Delivery Proof Privacy Policy
Effective August 7, 2026.
Data stored on your device
Customer and company names, phone numbers, addresses, access notes, time windows, order and goods details, quantities, recipient names, signatures, selected photos, delivery outcomes, notes, timestamps, and proof identifiers are stored in the app container on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not automatically upload this content to Huafu Apps.
Photos, signatures, and local documents
The iOS photo picker gives the app access only to images you select. Signatures are drawn and stored on the device. PDFs are generated locally. Huafu Apps does not use these records or attachments for advertising, analytics, or AI training.
Apple Maps and system sharing
If you choose Navigation, the delivery address is passed to Apple Maps under Apple’s privacy practices. If you share a PDF or photo, the destination you select in the iOS share sheet handles that copy under its own privacy terms. Huafu Apps does not choose the destination or receive the shared copy.
No advertising, analytics, or sale
The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDK, developer-operated cloud service, or automatic background location tracking. Huafu Apps does not sell or share customer details, delivery records, signatures, photos, or delivery leads.
Retention, deletion, and support
On-device data remains until you remove the app. Keep an independent copy of any proof you must retain before removal. Copies shared to other people, apps, or storage services must be deleted from those destinations separately. Support emails are used only to respond to your request; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same address if you want support-email content deleted.
Children and policy changes
Delivery Proof is a general business utility and is not directed to children. If its data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change applies.
