Data stored on your device
Store names, employee or shift-leader names, templates, task results, notes, temperature values, selected task photos, issues, and handover records are stored in the app's local database. The current version requires no account and has no advertising, analytics SDK, cloud sync, or developer-operated upload service.
Photos and permissions
The system photo picker gives the app access only to images you select for a task. Selected image data is stored with the local task record. Avoid selecting images containing customers, payment cards, till screens, access codes, or other unnecessary personal information.
Reports and sharing
PDF and CSV reports are generated on your device. They leave the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet; that destination handles the exported copy under its own privacy practices. Huafu Apps does not use your records or photos for advertising, analytics, or AI training.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you remove the app or erase its data through iOS. The current version has no cloud backup or Huafu Apps server copy. Delete exported copies separately from Files, email, or any other destination where you shared them.
Support email
Support email and attachments are used only to answer and address the related request and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose. Contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same address to request deletion of support email content.
