Move Box Code Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device
Moving projects, dates, addresses, contact names, rooms, box and item records, serial numbers, estimated values, photos, condition notes, signatures, tasks, and scan events are stored in the app container on your device. The current version does not require an account and does not automatically upload this content to Huafu Apps.
Camera, Photos, and device authentication
Camera access is used to scan box QR codes. Photos access is used only for images you select for moving records. If you enable the privacy lock, iOS performs Face ID or device-passcode authentication; the app does not receive or store biometric data.
Exports and third-party destinations
CSV exports are created locally. Content leaves the app only when you choose a destination in the iOS share sheet. Apple and the app, contact, or storage provider you select handle that copy under their own privacy terms.
No advertising, analytics, or sale of leads
The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDK, and Huafu Apps does not sell or share moving leads, contact details, household inventories, photos, or scan history.
Retention, deletion, and support
On-device records remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app. Temporary export files are managed in the app's temporary storage by iOS. Support emails are used only to respond to your request; contact appsupport.hf@gmail.com from the same email address if you want a support message deleted.
Children and changes
The app is a general moving utility and is not directed to children. If its data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change applies.
