Keep track of household items, locations, photos, and moving boxes so they are easier to find later.
Restore Lifetime
Open Settings → Lifetime and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase and keep a network connection.
Backup and restore
Open Settings → Backup & Restore to export a full backup or restore a previously exported JSON file. Restoring does not delete existing records.

Apple manages purchases and refunds. For technical help, email us with your device model, iOS and app versions, and the steps that reproduce the issue.
