Using Comic Manager means you agree to these terms.
Service
Comic Manager is a tool for local file import, organization, and reading. It does not provide, scrape, download, or distribute comic content, and it is not for bypassing copyright protection or access controls.
Your responsibility
Import, read, export, and share only content you own or are authorized to use. Review deletion and export actions, back up important files, and remain responsible for the legality of your content and sharing.
Network and system services
Optional OPDS connections, the Files picker, and system sharing can depend on device, network, storage, permissions, and third-party service availability. The current version has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
