AI Photo Toolkit Pro Terms of Use

By using AI Photo Toolkit Pro, you agree to these terms. They apply to the app’s photo-processing features and in-app purchases.

1. Service

AI Photo Toolkit Pro provides on-device photo compression, resizing, format conversion, and watermarking. You may process only content you own or are authorized to use.

2. Pro purchases

The app offers Monthly Pro and Yearly Pro auto-renewable subscriptions, plus a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices, currencies, and applicable taxes are shown by the App Store at the time of purchase.

3. Renewal, cancellation, and management

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically through your Apple Account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period ends.

4. Restoring purchases and refunds

After changing devices or reinstalling the app, choose Restore Purchases from Profile → Manage Pro. Apple handles refunds under its refund policy; the developer cannot directly refund App Store orders.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to process unlawful, infringing, or privacy-violating material. Do not attempt to bypass App Store purchase mechanisms or interfere with normal app operation.
