AI Photo Toolkit Pro Privacy Policy

We respect your photos and personal information. This policy explains how the app handles photos, permissions, local data, and purchases.

1. Photo processing

Compression, resizing, format conversion, and watermarking run locally on your device. The app does not upload selected photos, results, logos, or watermark text to developer servers.

2. Photo Library permission

You select photos through Apple’s system photo picker. The app requests permission to add a result only when you choose to save it. You may still export through the share sheet if permission is denied.

3. Local data

The app may locally store processing summaries, daily free usage, interface preferences, and StoreKit-verified entitlements. History contains no photo binary, logo content, or watermark text and can be deleted in the app.

4. Temporary files

Temporary files remain in the system temporary directory only as needed to complete a requested task and are removed through normal completion, cancellation, or later cleanup.

5. Purchases

Apple App Store and StoreKit process in-app purchases. The developer does not receive complete payment card details. Purchases, renewals, refunds, and restoration are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

6. Collection, sharing, and tracking

The current version requires no account, contains no advertising SDK, performs no cross-app or website tracking, sells no personal data, and shares no user photos with third parties.

7. Children

The app is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when features or data practices change. Any future upload or cloud feature will be clearly disclosed before upload and will request required consent.
